No. Clients, animals, appointments, consultations, and documents are entirely fictional. The dataset is generated for the day, your changes are stored locally during that day, and you can reset the simulation at any time.

VetCoreSolution® includes interactive tours inside the application: product overview, appointment creation, access management, and site creation. This library is progressively expanded.

No installation is required: VetCoreSolution® runs in a modern web browser on computers, tablets, and smartphones. Some interactive tours are nevertheless optimized for desktop use.

Create your account for free and start in the test clinic immediately. When you are ready, you can activate your own practice from the application. The supported pilot remains available if you would like to prepare this step with the CoreFactor team.

For pricing purposes, an establishment is defined by one shared client database and may include several physical locations. Each month, its usage fee is calculated on the total amount excluding tax invoiced through VetCoreSolution® across all its locations, after deducting credit notes and cancelled invoices. The €10,000 threshold and tiered rates apply once to this net total. Add-ons are billed separately.

Import workflows are still being prepared. As part of the supported pilot, we review your existing data with you and define a migration approach suited to your practice.

The production infrastructure is hosted by OVHcloud in France. Server volumes and backups are encrypted, access is controlled through fine-grained RBAC, and all inter-service communications use mTLS. Backups aim to reduce the risk of data loss and enable controlled recovery after an incident.

During the pilot, the CoreFactor team works directly with participating practices. The application also includes a help centre and interactive tours; the support terms for your practice are confirmed when it is activated.
