VetCoreSolution® is a veterinary clinic management software provided by CoreFactor as an online service (SaaS, “Software as a Service”). It enables, in particular, the management of patient records, appointments, and invoicing in a secure environment.
Access to VetCoreSolution® requires entering into a contract and an Internet connection. The applicable offer, commercial terms, and access arrangements are those communicated and accepted at the time of subscription.
These Terms of Use (ToU) set out the terms and conditions for accessing and using VetCoreSolution®. By using this service, the user acknowledges having read these Terms and agrees to comply with them.
If the user does not accept all of the provisions of the Terms, they must not access or use the service.
“CoreFactor”: refers to CoreFactor SAS, publisher of VetCoreSolution®.
“SaaS”: Software as a Service, a software distribution model over the Internet.
“User”: any legal entity or individual with access to the VetCoreSolution® service.
VetCoreSolution® is accessible online via an Internet connection. To consider a subscription, users are invited to contact the CoreFactor team. The applicable offer, prices, billing arrangements, term, and contract termination conditions are those set out in the documents communicated and accepted at the time of subscription.
CoreFactor undertakes to provide reasonable technical means to ensure that VetCoreSolution® is available 24/7, excluding maintenance periods or force majeure.
The user agrees not to use VetCoreSolution® for unlawful purposes or contrary to public decency. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and agree to inform CoreFactor immediately in the event of unauthorized access to their account.
The user must have an adequate Internet connection and ensure the compatibility of their computer equipment. They are also responsible for backing up their data outside the solution, even though VetCoreSolution® provides storage and backup features.
VetCoreSolution®, its features, brand, logo, and all graphic and textual elements designed by CoreFactor are the intellectual property of CoreFactor and are protected by French and international laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of all or part of VetCoreSolution® without CoreFactor’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal proceedings.
On the VetCoreSolution® showcase website, CoreFactor processes information provided by users through the contact, pilot application, and newsletter subscription forms, as well as technical logs required for the website's operation and security.
The purposes, legal bases, retention criteria, recipients, and rights applicable to this processing are detailed in the showcase website privacy policy.
CoreFactor implements all reasonable means to ensure the proper functioning of VetCoreSolution® and the security of data. However, CoreFactor cannot be held liable for service interruptions, inability to access the platform, or any damage resulting from viruses, intrusions, or hacking beyond its control.
Furthermore, CoreFactor cannot guarantee that VetCoreSolution® will perfectly meet all of the user’s specific needs. It is the user’s responsibility to verify the suitability of the service for their own needs, particularly regarding regulatory compliance related to veterinary activities.
CoreFactor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to adapt them to legal, technical, or usage developments. Users will be informed of any changes via the website or any other appropriate means. By continuing to use VetCoreSolution® after these changes take effect, the user accepts the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation, validity, or performance shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
